Guide Dogs wanted a campaign idea that helped them bring about empathy, not sympathy.

​

It got people talking about and emotionally reacting to the human relationships, not just the cute dog supporting them. And, importantly, this snapshot of everyday life with the underplayed reveal at the end had people questioning their own preconceptions, and went some way towards normalising the disability.
